Laurie Drill-Mellum, MD, MPH, is Chief Medical Officer at Constellation. She is a Board-certified emergency medicine physician and practiced emergency medicine full-time at Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia, Minnesota from 1991 to 2012. She is a graduate of the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at HCMC and completed a Bush Medical Fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona.

Liz Ferron, MSW, LICSW
Liz Ferron, MSW, LICSW, is a Senior Consultant and Healthcare Practice Lead with VITAL WorkLife. Liz is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and received her MSW degree in clinical social work from the University of Minnesota. She is an experienced trainer and educator in the areas of change management, stress management and conflict resolution focusing on the health care sector to support Physicians, Advanced Practitioners and Nurses.
