As Chief Operating Officer, Susan is responsible for directing the company’s leadership team as they execute VITAL WorkLife’s core target, three-year picture and annual goals by guiding the company’s core values and by leveraging the contributions of each team member. Susan provides guidance, consultation and leadership to the CEO in the execution of the VITAL WorkLife vision. She ensures the company’s core values fuel an innovative spirit within the company that results in a phenomenal user journey for our clients. Susan joined the company in 2021 and brings extensive experience envisioning strategy, inspiring teams and executing transformational initiatives to meet the ever-changing needs of the core target.

Susan lives in St. Paul with her husband. She’s an avid remodeler, and if you asked her, would be sure to help you pick out colors (wallpaper, tile…) for your own project, too.
